  1. Well if you are well to do then this can give you peace of mind but if you are poor then just realize that over time all things degrade and return to the circle of life.
    He is right though about how some cemetery’s require vaults, if your family is buried in a place like that you should try to get this ahead of time or at least have some of it paid for.
    Speaking as a man who’s buried the dead for a living it’s a nice thought but funerals are for the living.

  2. Tremendous expense that adds no value to the deceased’s family. Basically, you buy a vault so the grave doesn’t sink in; the cemetery benefits from this but the deceased’s family pays for it. Sounds backwards to me. Also, regardless of what you do, the body will decompose. The funeral business is one of the biggest rackets known to man.
